    We will communicate important news and current campaigns three to four times a year via e-mail. The newsletter is therefore an important link to us. Nevertheless, you can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You will find the corresponding link at the end of each newsletter.

    No. The ZF [pro]Tech training sessions are exclusively for our workshop partners.

    For ZF [pro]Tech plus partners, an annual one-day training session for one person is included in the system fee. If additional workshop employees would like to take part or if additional training sessions are booked, a fee of $295 per person will be charged.

    For ZF [pro]Tech start partners, the fee for each training session is $295. This price includes the practical training session, catering and the evening program.

    Using the "Edit" link, you can cancel your participation up to 14 days prior to the event free of charge via the portal. You will automatically receive confirmation of the cancellation.

    Canceling within less than 14 days prior to the training session is not possible. In this case, please contact the ZF [pro]Tech training coordinator.

    No. In principle, partners can attend training sessions in any training location. ZF [pro]Tech strives to offer as many training locations as close to the partner regions as possible, in order to be on location and ensure short distances.

However, your personal ZF [pro]Tech contact will only be on site at training sessions in your region, as training sessions in other regions will be supervised by ZF field staff located in that area.

    Yes. Per workshop, several employees can access the portal using their own access data and even book training sessions. Your employees fill out the registration form and can then register online.

    We would deeply regret your decision to end your partnership. In accordance with our ZF [pro]Tech start partnership agreement, the partnership can be canceled in writing with a notice period of 30 days prior to the end of the quarter.
