You can register online – the process only takes a few days. Two ZF system e-mails will be sent to your registered e-mail address: One is for your information only. The second contains a link to the password manager, where you can create your password.

To log in, all you need is the e-mail address with which you registered for ZF [pro]Tech and the password that you created.

Registration is not required. Partners receive e-mails containing the latest news automatically at the e-mail address saved in the portal.

We will communicate important news and current campaigns three to four times a year via e-mail. The newsletter is therefore an important link to us. Nevertheless, you can of course unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You will find the corresponding link at the end of each newsletter.

No. The ZF [pro]Tech training sessions are exclusively for our workshop partners.

For ZF [pro]Tech plus partners, an annual one-day training session for one person is included in the system fee. If additional workshop employees would like to take part or if additional training sessions are booked, a fee of $295 per person will be charged.

For ZF [pro]Tech start partners, the fee for each training session is $295. This price includes the practical training session, catering and the evening program.

With ZF [pro]Tech plus, workshops benefit from a direct link to the manufacturer and multiple OEM supplier:

• Personal on-site support
• Annual participation in a one-day technical training session on various topics; this is included in the partner fee
• Contact at the regional transmission distributor

In addition, workshops benefit from the full scope of services such as Service Information bulletins, installation instructions, installation and product hotlines.

The ZF [pro]Tech plus partnership makes sense from the first training session onwards.

• The partnership costs you $500 a year. This includes one training session a year including catering and the evening program.
• For a training session without ZF [pro]Tech plus partnership, we charge $345.

Your first-year fee is $600, which includes a one-time $100 application fee. The yearly fee afterwards is $500.
