When would I create a technical inquiry?

Whenever you have technical difficulties please create a case instead of sending an e-mail. It helps ZF ensure that we answer everyone in a timely manner. If your usual tech support representative is out of office, another support colleague will see your inquiry and ge back to you. Additionally this helps us create knowledge base articles so you may be able to answer your own inquiries in the future.

How long does it take to get an answer?

We strive to answer all inquiries within 24 hours. If you don't receive an answer within this time we most likely have more support requests as usual and will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Is it possible to ask questions for warranty related topics?

Yes, you can ask warranty and non warranty related questions, as well as for products in or out of warranty.
