The latest information on changes to materials or design; technical support for spare parts installation; fitting and removal; product information; vehicle diagnosis support; tips on how to avoid damage to the product; useful technical tips and tricks and much more. Everything is organized into three main areas (in brackets are the ID number prefixes which can be used to search):

    Here you can find articles to read like Useful Tips (UT) and How-to-guides (XZH) or related Technical Manuals (XZM) to download.
  • Mounting / Fitting
    Here you can find Service Information (5 digit number code for ZF products, XZS for TRW ones) and Fitting Instruction (XZB) for download.

    Here you can find Health and Safety Datasheets (XRB) as well as List of Lubricants (Lubricants) to find the right oil for your application.

You have several options to quickly find the technical information you are looking for. Follow these detailed step-by-step instructions on how to search for the right technical information:

Step 1 - Start your search

A. Quick search

Enter the desired keyword (e.g. "shock absorber") into the search field.

You can also enter document ID (e.g. UT18) to find specific documents (see our ID list for more information).

B. Search by topic

You can also start your search by selecting one of the main areas right below the search bar.

Note: The results list initially displays only up to ten results. To view more results, click on Load more results at the bottom of the list.

You can now narrow your search by selecting one option from each filter.

e.g. If you are looking for a tip to read about shock absorbers, you can select the filter Useful Tips from Type of Information.

Click on the "x" to remove a single filter or "Remove all" to clean the filter selection.
