Seven different variants are available for almost all touring and sport motorcycles, custom bikes, off‑road machines, scooters, quads, and ATVs. “BMW” – Brake discs with ABE

All common discs are available ready‑to‑install as MSTR versions (“rivet pack”), corresponding to the original part. If the OE configuration differs, the retrofit version can be used with separate fitting kits.

“Racing” – Brake discs without ABE

High‑end technology at its finest, featuring a striking design and ideal for racing – TRW racing brake discs are in a class of their own. They are manufactured from high‑strength, dimensionally stable steel and have a precise cross‑ground surface to reduce vibrations and enable quick bedding‑in of new pads.

The new “SP” brake discs from TRW were developed specifically for racing. They operate in their own league and deliver maximum braking performance even under extreme conditions. At the same time, they ensure immediate response and an exceptionally stable pressure point.

The “SP” brake discs are available in two design variants:“SP” with a drilled outer ring, and “SP RAC” with a racing contour. Both variants can be used in all racing categories (no road approval). They can be combined without restriction with all TRW brake pads. Ideally, they are paired with the CRQ or SCR racing brake pads. Both disc versions are compatible with OEM calipers and suitable for all racing classes (no road approval!).

Their construction is based on a two‑piece design and a system of ten fully floating floaters. The outer ring, made from a high‑strength steel alloy, has a thickness of 5.5 mm. It is fully floating and connected to the CNC‑milled inner ring made of black‑anodized aluminum. This allows the outer ring to expand and contract under heat.
