Charging your ZF MultiScan properly is key to ensure battery longevity as well as optimal performance. If the tablet will sit idle for an extended period of time, we suggest leaving the AC adapter plugged in to maintain healthy batteries. Smart charging prevents overcharging.

In the rare case of a discharged battery, you may need to perform a charging reset.

To do so, connect the AC power cable. A red battery icon will appear. The battery icon will disappear, this should take about three seconds.
