Getting expert remote support is simple. With Support On Demand (SOD), you can request service directly from your ZF MultiScan VCI, review upfront pricing and provider options, and connect with the right technician for your repair. Just follow these quick steps to get started.
1️⃣Get Ready
Make sure your ZF MultiScan VCI is connected to the vehicle, your internet connection is stable for remote access, and vehicle is connected to a power supply or battery charger.
2️⃣Request support
Submit your service request through the SOD app on our ZF Multiscan tablet or request session online.
3️⃣Connect to a Specialist
Your specialist contacts you, reviews the requested service and provides upfront pricing. Once approved, your specialist performs a full OE pre-scan to assess the vehicle and comprete the job using licensed OE software. An OE post-scan is performed to ensure all systems are functioning, then returns control of the vehicle to your shop.
