ZF parts sets – a range overview
For ZF automatic transmissions, we are providing a range of perfect-fit parts in sets that enable your workshop to quickly and safely exchange wear parts. They come in OE quality, thus supporting perfect shifting behavior and vibration-free operation and maintaining shift comfort at the level of a new car.

Pressure control valve kits
The pressure control valves in which the oil pressure is controlled via the EPC valves are located in the mechatronic system. They are responsible for engaging or disengaging the clutches/brakes as and when required. They are controlled via signals (current change) emitted by the electronic module in the mechatronic system.
If the pressure regulator in the mechatronic system is defective, the damage symptoms range from gears being engaged poorly up to individual gears not engaging at all.
The kits contain original electronic pressure control valves with or without solenoid valves for parking lock. They are available for 6HP, 8HP and 8P automatic transmissions. Pressure control valves / solenoid valves come in different colors. This helps identifying the respective characteristics. Testing (resistance measurement) is possible when removed.
Seal kits
Seal kits for ZF automatic transmissions are exchanged together with the transmission, when disassembling the mechatronics or during repair work on the transmission.
Seal kits are available for ZF 6HP automatic transmissions. They include:
- Mechatronics guiding sleeve
- Adapter, double ring gasket
- Sealing tubes (in transmission housing, above the mechatronics, oil supply to brakes and clutch)
