After rigorous testing processes, we offer now two options of the Black Edition series for sportive use:
- The TRW racing type “EC” has an exceptionally attractive look, enhances ergonomics and – with a 5.5 degree offset – is often more comfortable than the original part. The black anodised colour perfectly matches to the TRW “Black Edition” rear sets. With only 660 g the “EC” racing clip-on is extremely lightweight.
- The TRW racing type “SP” has a particularly robust design for a professional use on the race track. The rigid construction and enforcements of the clamping area withstand highest stresses. The replacement of the handlebar tubes is done very easy and quick. The “SP” clip-on is yet still lighter than most of the original parts.
Both clip-ons fit for almost all fork types from 38mm to 55mm, steering tubes are 250mm long and both clip-on types can be used for BMW S 1000 RR and S1000R (55mm front fork diameter).

TRW custom clip-on for a clean Café Racer look
Based on the construction of the TRW clip-on “SP”, we developed a new type of clip-on handlebar with a clear and clean design, suitable to convert custom bikes like the Harley Davidson “Sportster” to Café Racers. Finest, yet very robust CNC milled clamps together with the attractive black or silver anodised finish, guarantee a perfect clean design. The TRW clip-on type “Heavy Duty” is the best and easiest way to convert custom bikes to the café racer look. This TRW special customizing clip-ons come with handlebar tubes in 25.4mm (1inch) with cable notch as the standard. Tubes without cable notch as required for some Japanes Custom bikes are available as spare parts. The length of the tubes is 285mm. Clamp diameters are available in 35, 39, 41 and 49mm.

Steel Handlebar Ends
The attractively designed handles from the Classic series fit steel handlebars with a diameter of 22mm. They are a perfect match for the sophisticated TRW steel handlebar range and are available with chrome, black and aluminium look finish.
- High-quality light alloy handlebar ends for steel high handlebars.
- Finish matches chrome-plated and black steel handlebars. Matt handlebar ends are also available for the matt aluminium look TRW steel handlebars.

In addition to the conventional standard handlebar ends, the Classic series has an impressive high-quality finish and homogeneous form. The handlebarends match high handlebars with 4 and 5mm wall thickness.
- Handlebar ends for light alloy high handlebars with 4 and 5mm wall thickness.
- The handlebar ends can also be used for other aluminium handlebars with the same wall thickness.
- They are attached using a spreading device, activated by a bolt. This allows them to be replaced quickly and easily.
- The following anodised colours are available:

Important: Slight variations in the nuance of the blue, red and gold anodised colours are possible.

Attractive aluminium handlebar ends or lightweight Teflon stoppers with a cushioning effect - both fitting into 3mm wall steering tubes.
- Handlebar ends available in choice of aluminium or Teflon.
- The handlebar ends match the Racing clip-on handlebars, the heightened sport handlebars and the relax bar.
- They can be used for all handlebars with 3mm wall.
- The Teflon stoppers are available in a choice of white or black, the high-quality aluminium parts in black or silver.
- The aluminium ends are clamped on using a spreading device, making them very easy to replace.

High-quality aluminium spacers for fitting on all TRW sport handlebar versions.
- Enables them to be fitted on front forks with different stanchion tube diameter.
- Available for stanchion tube diameter 38, 41, 43, 46, 48, 51 and 52mm.
- The Ø is integrated into the item number: e.g. MCL38DH, MCL41DH ….. MCL52DH.
- They are used with the next larger handlebar clamp.
- If spacers are required, they are already assigned to your machine in the model list.
- The spacers are supplied as a set of 2.
High-quality anodised steering tubes allow individual use with all TRW clip-on handlebars.
- Individual steering tubes made of high-strength aluminium with 3.0 mm wall.
- Please select the aluminium or Teflon handlebar ends matching the steering tubes.
- Available in the lengths 250mm and 285mm, in each case in black, blue, silver or red.
- The item no. is made up of the relevant length and the colour: e.g. MCL250S or MCL285B (1 unit supplied).
- As a spare part, for conversion to another colour or length, or to round off our "Comfort" and "Relax" sport handlebar sets.
