CorExpedia is an intuitive online platform and our answer to an easier, faster, and more efficient way of returning cores. We are rolling this out gradually to all our direct customers across the ZF Aftermarket portfolio.
In addition to WABCO core, you’ll now also return SACHS and ZF branded core using CorExpedia. In due course, we’ll then roll this out to the TRW brand.

*Remanufacturing helps to keep valuable resources in use for longer. In 2025, ZF Aftermarket's global remanufacturing activities enabled an estimated saving of approximately 10,000 tonnes of selected raw materials (cast iron, steel, aluminium and copper), based on estimated avoided raw material demand compared with the manufacture of equivalent new products.
The calculation is based on internal estimates using annual production volumes of remanufactured products across selected product groups. The estimate is based on annual remanufacturing volumes across selected passenger car, commercial vehicle and industrial product groups, combined with average product weights and representative material compositions. The calculation compares remanufactured products with equivalent newly manufactured products and reflects estimated avoided demand for selected raw materials (cast iron, steel, aluminum and copper), rather than exact physical material preservation. Total raw material savings are derived by aggregating reused material content across all considered product groups. Results are approximate and intended to indicate the order of magnitude of material savings. The scope covers selected product groups only and is not representative of all ZF Aftermarket remanufacturing activities. The calculation does not represent a full life-cycle assessment and should not be interpreted as a measure of overall environmental impact.
