Compared to volume-production pressure plates, SACHS Performance pressure plates have a higher transferable torque and are less sensitive to thrust loading. SACHS Performance clutch pressure plates are used with different disks, depending on the vehicle's requirements. Higher pedal forces might occur.

SACHS Performance offers torsion-damped and rigid disks with an organic lining. Compared to volume-production clutches, torsion-damped and rigid disks feature higher-quality linings. The torsional damper has a higher stop position and functions as a shock absorber between the engine and transmission.

Torsion-damped and rigid sintered disks from SACHS Performance offer a higher thermal load capacity and a higher transferable torque than disks with an organic lining. They are very resistant to dirt and support aggressive starts. Torsion-damped clutch disks have a higher stop position and function as shock absorbers between the engine and transmission.
