What is damper retrofitting?
Damper retrofitting is the process of replacing the original vehicle OEM installed damper with a new damper from an alternative manufacturer that meets the quality standards of the original. This makes you less dependent on the manufacturer of the originally installed damper and can increase the safety and performance of your vehicles.

We receive the specifications
You provide us with a drawing or the neutral vehicle specification for the damper to be replaced.
Don’t have the drawings to hand? No problem! You can also send us a physical sample and we gather all necessary specification.
We design
After receiving the specifications, our experts will take over and design your retrofittable damper from our modular construction kit. On this basis, we will provide you with a proposal for the requested dampers.
We deliver
Once you have approved the design proposal, we will immediately produce your retrofitted dampers – ready to be installed.
Good to know: Our retrofit dampers have the same performance and longevity as running ZF models – and are therefore available for further overhaul cycles to come. This means that ZF retrofitted dampers can boost your supply chain resilience.
