Key model updates and expanded system coverage
December brings major model year updates for Land Rover and Range Rover vehicles covering 2021-2025 models with full EV system support. Multiple Citroën and Kia models receive enhanced system coverage including new EV functionality, gearbox support, and camera systems. Commercial vehicles benefit from improved engine diagnostics and test function enhancements across DAF, Volvo, and Renault platforms.

What's new in ZF MultiScan - November 2025
New Secure Gateway login
We've introduced a new Secure Gateway login screen to access protected vehicle systems. It will guide them through the verification process based on their role.
Workshop owners and managers: You will be responsible for your company account, licenses, and legal agreements related to Secure Gateway. During registration, you will need to provide company information, VAT number, email, and mobile number.
Mechanics: You will use the services under your company's account. To access your workshop account, ask your manager to send you an invite to join the company account.
Expanded model coverage and enhanced systems
We've added comprehensive diagnostic support for several new vehicle models including Citroën C3 2024, Hyundai Inster EV, Opel Frontera 2025, and Range Rover L460/L461.
BMW vehicles now feature improved freeze frame data on fault codes with date and time stamps for better diagnostics. Kia models receive updated diagnostic functions with Secure Gateway protection. Mercedes Citan gains K9K engine support. Volvo continues expanding with additional EX30 system variants and V60 engine options.
Fiat Ducato's new generation includes comprehensive system coverage for advanced features introduced in the facelift, with new radar calibration diagnostics. DAF LF and CF Euro 6 models through 2024 receive enhanced AdBlue/SCR functionality for Cummins ECS systems. Volvo FM/FMX 2024 models now support Camera Monitor System (CMS) diagnostics.

What's new - October 2025
New engine diagnostic support
We've added comprehensive diagnostic functionality for several new engine variants, including Opel/Vauxhall Grandland OV64, Astra L OV5, and multiple Peugeot powertrains including 3008 PHEV and 308 mild hybrid systems.
Enhanced system coverage
Major system updates bring expanded functionality to Cupra Terramar, Škoda Kodiaq, and Volkswagen vehicles (Tiguan III, Passat IX, ID.7). Additional improvements include Hyundai Santa Fe 2019 scan functions and enhanced Volvo EX30 coverage with service reset.
Commercial vehicle expansion
New DAF XB and XG 2025 models added with comprehensive system coverage including safety features and digital tachograph support. Updates include enhanced Fiat Ducato 2.2 engine SCR functionality and expanded Volkswagen T6 EV diagnostics.

Expanded 2025 model year coverage
We've expanded coverage for 2025 model year vehicles across multiple models, including Audi A1, Cupra Tavascan, Škoda Fabia and Kamiq, SEAT Ibiza and Arona, and Volkswagen Polo, T-Cross and T-Roc.
Enhanced functionality and new models
New models join ZF MultiScan including Fiat Topolino and Ford Puma Gen E 2025. Key improvements include HVAC cool-down testing for Alfa Romeo Tonale and Fiat 500E, enhanced battery management functions across Fiat, Peugeot, and Renault vehicles, plus improved service reset functionality for BMW and Mini with better CBS reset availability.
Commercial vehicles updates
Major enhancements include Fiat Ducato's new HALF system with camera calibration, Iveco S-Way's updated injector and transmission functions, and expanded camera monitor system support for Volvo FH trucks.
