Terms and Conditions

Sales Rebate

1. Every participant of the program is eligible to the stated sales rebate, if the respective target A, B, or C is achieved.

2. ZF shall pay the cash rebate to the customer latest 3 months after all invoices are paid by the customer for the respective calendar year (1st January – 31st December 2020).

3. Invoices must comply with the applicable (tax-)laws.

4. If ZF invoices to the customer are in another currency than in Euro, the ZF planning rate will apply fix for the entire respective calendar year.

The planning rates (OP2019) against EUR used for the respective calendar year (1st January – 31st December 2020) are as follows: INR 78 (IN), IDR 16,800 (ID), MYR 5 (MY), PHP 60 (PH), SGD 1.60 (SG), TWD 34 (TW), THB 40 (TH).

Incentive Trip

1. Within each country or group the winners will be selected as follows: The winner for Overall Highest Sales Turnover is selected first, afterwards the winner for Highest Sales Growth (%) over previous year is selected. Exception is the group Indochina: There is only one award for Highest Sales Growth (%) over previous year. The participating customers within all countries or group need to reach at least their respective target A and minimum turnover as locally defined but at least minimum turnover of EUR 100,000.

2. If a winner chooses not to join the incentive trip (decline needs to be a formal letter by the winner), there won’t be any compensation provided to this winner. In this case, the next customer within the same country or group (who meets the criteria next in line) will win the trip.

3. The winners are verified by an independent party, i.e. Regional Head of Finance, as soon as the final sales achievement has been identified for all participating customers (sales information based on invoiced sales from 1st January – 31st December 2020). Default exchange rate (defined by Finance) is used to convert sales information into EUR for the winner selection, if applicable.

4. The participating customers receive the terms & conditions plus their individual target information via this launch brochure.

5. Every winning customer can participate with 2 pax at the incentive trip.

Overall Program

ZF Achievers Program is open to the selected Distribution Partners who have an account with ZF Asia Pacific Ltd. ZF Asia Pacific Pte Ltd has the right to remove or reduce incen¬tives for bad payment habits. Credit notes cannot be used for the invoices which were billed during the same period of time that rebates were given. Only invoiced orders qualify for the incentives. Customers are advised to place orders early to ensure stock availability. Incentive rebates are given for sales up to and not exceeding Target C. Award for incentive trips will not be given to the same company more than once in the same promotional year. ZF Asia Pacific Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel, or change, the sales promotion and incentives. Customers shall not be eligible to any claims for compensation or compensatory claims resulting from the termination of the ZF Achievers Program 2020/21.

Definition

“Net Turnover” means turnover minus credit notes in respective calendar year (1st January – 31st December 2020). Credit notes relating to target achievements from previous calendar year (1st January – 31st December 2019) will not be deducted from the turnover.

By acknowledging the Terms and Conditions, you have also acknowledged your individual Sales turnover as mentioned here.
