§ 1 General Information on the Prize Drawing/Procedure

1. The organizer of this prize drawing is: ZF Friedrichshafen AG, Löwentalerstrasse 20, 88046 Friedrichshafen, Germany ("Organizer" or "ZF").

2. All information in the context of this prize drawing is exclusively provided by the organizer.

3. Participation in this prize drawing is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

4. By participating in the prize drawing, the participant accepts these Conditions of Participation.

5. The prize drawing is conducted several times with the following mode at the following times (each one "execution"):

• on 10.09.2024 respectively between 11:15 GMT + 2 and 04:15 GMT + 2 as well as between 09:00 GMT + 2 and 09:00 GMT + 2
• on 11.09.2024 respectively between 11:15 GMT + 2 and 04:15 GMT + 2 as well as between 09:00 GMT + 2 and 09:00 GMT + 2
• on 12.09.2024 respectively between 11:15 GMT + 2 and 04:15 GMT + 2 as well as between 09:00 GMT + 2 and 09:00 GMT + 2
• on 13.09.2024 respectively between 11:15 GMT + 2 and 04:15 GMT + 2 as well as between 09:00 GMT + 2 and 09:00 GMT + 2
• on 14.09.2024 respectively between 11:15 GMT + 2 and 04:15 GMT + 2 as well as between 09:00 GMT + 2 and 09:00 GMT + 2

For each performance, the following prizes are awarded to the 5 drivers with the fastest race times depending on the place achieved:

• 1. Place/Prize: A test drive with a lotus on the grounds of Automechanika on the day of the prize drawing
• 2. Place/Price: Bluetooth headphones and promotional items
• 3. Place/price: Book and promotional items

If several participants in a winning category achieve identical race times, the rule applies that only one of these participants receives the prize in this category. It then decides the lot within the profit category. The losers of this lottery will no longer be considered in one of the following winning categories, even if they were faster than the participant (s) of the next winning category.

6. The requirement for a valid participation in the prize drawing is that (i) the participant fulfills the requirements under § 2 and (ii) also accepts in writing the conditions of the organizer of the test drive with the Lotus (https://www.lotuscars.com), including, among other things, a declaration of liability and an excess of EUR 2,500 in the event of damage.

Another prerequisite for participation and the prerequisite for filling out a raffle card is that the participant on the ZF race simulator at Automechanika 2024 has (i) driven correctly according to the instructions of the stand staff and (ii) his/her time driven is faster or equally fast than one of the five fastest times recorded at this time in the respective event Times.

Each participant may only drive on the race simulator 1 times per performance.

Another prerequisite is that the participant has filled out the entire prize drawing card provided by ZF and that all conditions have been accepted by ticking it and signing it.

7. In the event of a win, the participant transmits to the organizer all information required to check the eligibility to win (e.g., presentation of the driver's license and identity card).

8. The personal data of the participants in the context of this prize drawing will be processed in accordance with the data protection information for participants (see Annex below).

9. The organizer reserves the right to exchange the prize for another, approximately equivalent prize in the event that it is no longer available at short notice.

§ 2 Participants

1. All persons who are at least 21 years old and have a driving license class 3 for at least 3 years are entitled to participate.

2. Employees or bodies of the organizer, companies affiliated with the organizer within the meaning of § 15 et seq. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and other persons involved in the conception and implementation of this prize drawing are excluded from participation. This also applies in each case to persons living in the same household with the aforementioned persons.

§ 3 Notification of Profits

1. The notification of the prize will be made by phone call to the telephone number given by the participant on the prize card.

• Prizes 2 and 3 will be awarded to the participant in the following manner:

The time of the prize won will be specified to the participant at ZF's own discretion. If the winner does not arrive at the agreed handover, regardless of the reasons, the prize will be forfeited.

• The participant receives the 1st prize (the test drive with the Lotus) as follows: The time of the won test drive is specified to the participant at ZF's own discretion. If the winner does not appear for the agreed test drive, regardless of the reasons, the prize will be forfeited.

2. A cash payment of the material value or an exchange of the profit is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The winner accepts changes to the prize due to factors beyond the organizer's control.

3. The winner's decision is final. Inquiries in this regard cannot be answered. The organizer reserves the right to suspend the prize drawing in whole or in part if any difficulties occur that jeopardize the integrity or execution of the prize drawing or make it impossible.

§ 4 Liability

1. The liability of the organizer, its executive bodies, employees and/or vicarious agents from or in connection with this prize drawing, for whatever legal reason, is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence to the extent permitted by law and is excluded in all other respects.

2. In no event shall the organizer be liable for any damage arising in connection with the test drive.The organizer of the test drive shall be exclusively liable for this.

2. In particular, the organizer is not liable for any defects in the prize, unless the organizer fraudulently concealed them.

§ 5 Other

1. All information is without guarantee.

2. The prize drawing and its implementation are subject to German law.

3. The legal process is excluded.

4. Should any provision of these Conditions of Participation be or become invalid and/or void, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The respective statutory provision takes the place of the invalid and/or void provision.

5. These conditions of participation can be changed at any time by the organizer without separate notification.

6. The organizer reserves the right to adjust or end the prize drawing at any time. Circumstances that may lead to this are, for example, disturbances due to force majeure or technical reasons. In this case, there is neither a claim for compensation nor for compensation in money. The organizer is not liable for consequences arising from participation in the prize drawing, insofar as these are caused by slight negligence or are outside the organizer's area of responsibility.

7. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the prize drawing are to be addressed exclusively to the organizer.

This data protection information for participants ("Information") applies solely to the processing of personal data of the participants by ZF, as the organizer of the prize drawing, in accordance with the Conditions of Participation, which is necessary for the implementation of the prize drawing.

IV. Categories of personal data processed, as well as purposes and legal bases of the data processing

To carry out the prize drawing (for example, for notification of the prize as well as for the transmission of your prize), we process your personal data such as your name, your address, your e-mail address. Furthermore, we may process your data if necessary in order to check whether you are an authorized participant according to § 2 of the Conditions of Participation. (e.g. the country where you are resident, your date of birth, or whether you or a person living in your household (a) an employee/executive body of ZF or of a company affiliated with ZF in the sense of § 15 ff. of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) are (b) is a person involved in the design and implementation of this prize drawing).

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing necessary for the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures according to your request) or the pursuit of our legitimate interests to enforce compliance with the conditions of participation (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Your data will be collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of implementing the prize drawing.

V. Recipients of Personal Data

ZF Friedrichshafen AG is the headquarters of the ZF Group. Due to the shared use of the ZF Group's proprietary IT systems and the international nature of our business, personal data collected and processed by ZF Friedrichshafen AG and its foreign companies ("ZF legal entities") may be shared or made available to other ZF legal entities within the ZF Group for the above purposes (Legal basis Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Data will only be transferred to ZF legal entities outside of the EU in accordance with the provisions for international data transfers set out in Section V. of this Information (see below). Personal Data collected will only be transferred to carefully selected processors acting on the basis of ZF's instructions to comply with applicable legal and contractual obligations. ZF only grants access to Personal Data on a need-to-know basis. This access is limited to the personal data necessary to perform the function for which access is granted (e.g. for profit). Authorization to access personal data is always granted on a function-related basis so that no authorization is granted to access personal data on a personal basis. Service providers and other processors will only receive Personal Data according to the purposes of their respective service agreement with ZF.

VI. International data traffic

The international footprint of ZF involves the transfer of Personal Data to and from other group companies or third parties that may be located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States of America. The processing of the prize drawing, e.g. the transmission of your prize notification or your prize, may also require that we transmit your personal data to service providers or ZF companies in countries outside the EEA.

ZF ensures that Personal Data is transferred to countries that have adequate data protection standards as per the European Commission's specifications. Alternatively, data will only be transferred after the implementation of appropriate safeguards to adequately protect the Personal Data and to ensure that such data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws. ZF has implemented data transfer agreements based on the EU standard contractual clauses for international data transfers. A copy of these agreements can be obtained from the ZF Group Coordinator for Data Protection (see Section III. above).

VII. Storage of personal data

If there are no legal storage obligations or we have a legitimate interest in the further storage of your data, your data will be deleted after the implementation of the prize drawing.

VIII. Data protection rights

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws (see Art. 7 para. 3, Art. 15-18, Art. 20 and 21, as well as Art. 77 of the GDPR), you can exercise the following rights if the requirements are met:

• Right to access, rectification and erasure of personal data
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability to the extent applicable
• Right to withdraw consent at any time, provided that the processing is based on consent
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
• Right to object to processing.

Please note that the aforementioned rights may be restricted, for example if the rights and freedoms of third parties would be adversely affected by fulfillment.

The aforementioned rights are enforced, for example, against the ZF Group Coordinator for Data Protection (see contact details in Section III. above).

IX. Other

This information will enter into force on September 1, 2021 (see Section I. above for a precise definition of the scope).

This information may be revised and amended from time to time, with appropriate notification of any amendments.

ZF may only adapt the text of this information to comply with local legislation by means of an addendum attached to this information. In case of discrepancies between this information and a specific local addendum under local law, the latter provisions shall prevail.
