General notes

Never open shocks and dampers, or heat them up!

The reservoir tube can burst and oil can splash out.
Gas-pressure shocks and dampers have internal pressures of up to 30 bar!

Never throw shocks and dampers away carelessly, or toss them in a general rubbish bins!

Shocks and dampers contain mineral oil, which causes severe damage to the environment if it enters the soil, ground water or rivers and lakes.
